Charlotte Simmonds

Joined the Practice in June 2002 after finishing her studies in Game and Fishery Management at Hartpury Agricultural College in Gloucestershire. She is the first point of contact for prescriptions, vaccine and drug orders and sample submissions at the Hereford branch.

Charlotte is currently on maternity leave as of November 2011.

Stacey Baker

Stacey manages the reception area at the Wooferton branch and she is the first point of contact for general queries. She also assists with general administrative work and coordinates the diary of the poultry veterinarians in the area.

Valerie Waudby

Valerie has recently been promoted to office administrator and she manages the York office. She is the first point of contact for prescriptions, vaccines and drugs orders at the York branch.  She also coordinates the vets appointments and visits.

Zoe Stevens

Zoe joined the Practice at Sutton Bonington in 2006. She is currently studying for her SQP qualification which will enable her to prescribe and supply certain veterinary medicinal products under the Veterinary Medicines Regulations. She is the Secretary/Treasurer for the East Midlands Poultry Discussion Group. Zoe is a keen animal lover and especially loves horses.

Janice Busfield

Janice assists Valerie in the day to day running of the York office and her main responsibilities include liaising with other poultry branches and clients and coordination of sampling kits.

Katy Jones Office Administrator

Katy joined the team in November 2011, to cover Charlotte's maternity cover.
