Referring Vet Information
  1. For referral appointments please phone us on 01904 643997, we will take client details and a brief synopsis of the problem. One of our reception staff will then phone the client and make an appointment. It is also possible to discuss a case with the relevant clinician prior to any referral using the same phone number
     
     
  2. For non-urgent advice please phone on 01904 643997 or email us at sareferrals@minstervets.co.uk , the relevant vet will answer your query within 24 hours.
     
     
  3. referral letter, results of tests, xrays etc: please complete and fax (01904 675740) one of our referral forms Click here
     
    Follow-up: we will report findings and treatment on discharge along with copies of discharge instructions given to the owner.
