Consultations
We provide a compassionate and caring service for all small animals, endeavouring to keep case continuity - so that one vet deals with any one problem. This not only enables a good relationship to develop between the vet, client and pet, but also ensures case progress can be accurately monitored.
If you would like an appointment with a particular vet please ask and we will always try our best to accommodate.
For your convenience, consultations are by appointment and a wide range of appointment times are available throughout the week and also weekends. Please telephone the surgery of your choice to check times and availability.
We offer a free registration consultation with one of our nurses where we give a detailed examination and preventative health advice after which over the counter products and medicines may be purchased at your convenience.
If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
Visits
We can offer to see your pet at home. Your pet may be more relaxed and amenable in its home surroundings. There is a charge for this service. Please call any of our surgeries to organise a visit.
