Gill Punton Head Receptionist

Gill has been with the practice for 15 years.

Amanda Connell Receptionist (Salisbury Road)

Amanda joined the practice in 2006 and is a receptionist at Salisbury Road.  Amanda has 5 lovely dogs at home.

Claire Gagen Receptionist

Claire has worked at the practice since 2008; she came into the practice as an animal assistant and after maternity leave has joined the reception team. Claire enjoys horse riding, walking the dogs and having fun with her little boy! Claire has a horse and two dogs.

Karen Hoare Receptionist (VN) - Crockey Hill

Karen’s first job was to look after 50 chihuahuas in a breeding kennel – very noisy!  She then went on to train as a veterinary nurse in a small animal practice in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.  After qualifying in 1986 she worked as a head nurse in Ruislip, Middlesex.  Karen spent 4 years as a veterinary representative for Boehringer Ingelheim visiting veterinary practices in the north of England.  Karen joined Minster Veterinary Practice in March 2007 after a career break to bring up her two children.  She has a 5-year-old terrier cross called Toffee an 18-year-old cat called Katie and two 3 year old cats called Tilly and Smudge.  All her pets were rescued from the  RSPCA except Smudge who was from a local farm.

Jackie Dobson Dispensary, C-SQP

Jackie has been with the Practice for 11 years and works in the dispensary at Salisbury Road.  Jackie has 3 dogs,  2 Patterdales and "Des" who is a Bitza she also has 3 cats and she loves them all very much.

Lucy Parrot Receptionist - (Crockey Hill)

Lucy joined the Minster Veterinary Practice in January 2012 as a Crockey Hill receptionist.  Lucy has been working at The Monkbar Hotel since 2008 as a Receptionist and  spent  the last six months in the Accounts Department at the hotel.

Lucy has studied at Askham Byran College and obtained the National Award in Animal Management in 2011 and has spent time at Battle Flatts Veterinary Practice  to obtain some practical experience on a day release basis to complement her studies.

Lisa Lerigo Receptionist - Crockey Hill

Lisa joined the reception team at Crokey Hill in February 2012. Prior to joining Minster Lisa has worked for the Priory Medical Group as a Receptionist since 2002.
