Cattle Foot Trimming Class

The Class will comprise of the following:-

  • Morning theory session
  • Lunch (provided)
  • Afternoon practical session where participants will practice foot trimming on dead feet (sourced from abattoir)

At the end of this class you will be able to :-

  • Examine a cows foot
  • Identify main causes of lameness in cattle
  • Choose a suitable treatment plan
  • Use the 5 step Dutch technique to corrective foot trim

Class size is deliberately kept small so spaces are limited. The cost of the course is £49.00 per person plus VAT
